Adoption Policy
B.O.N.E.S. is an all-volunteer organization with a mission to rescue, re-home, and provide necessary medical care to beagles in need throughout the New England area. We endeavor to improve the quality of life for beagles in New England through outreach and education programs. We do not have a shelter for you to visit; our beagles are in foster homes where we can provide a better evaluation, as well as respond to their individual needs. Our beagles are temperament tested, spayed/neutered, and up to date with all vaccines.
Rather than accepting applications for specific beagles, our adoption counselors will walk you through the process of verifying your readiness, then matching you with a beagle that meets your lifestyle and family needs. If you agree, you can meet the selected beagle to ensure that it is a match.
