MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue
Our Mission
MABTR has made it our mission to take in and care for as many Bostons as possible by rescuing Boston Terriers and Boston mixes that are surrendered/unwanted, homeless/stray, mistreated/neglected, slated for euthanasia or puppy mill released, no matter their health, condition or age, finding them safe and happy forever homes through an adoption program that provides foster care, medical care while in our care, rehabilitation, and education.
We serve the states of Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North/South Dakota, Wyoming, Minnesota, Utah, Montana, Idaho, and NW Arkansas.
Adoption Policy
There is no fee for submitting an application with us. We are not affiliated with any other organization so we do require our application to be submitted in order to be considered. We prefer applications be completed online,
We DO adopt to families with fenced in yards or those that live in apartments/condos.
MABTR offers a two-week trial period with each adoption to ensure your new dog is a good fit.
You only need to complete one application per household, not per dog of interest.
MABTR will do our best to help transport any adopted dog within the 13 states we serve. We do not adopt outside of our service area, no exceptions.
It may take us up to four days to process your application as we review applications twice a week.
