Our Mission
LOL is a foster-based all volunteer rescue dedicated to saving dogs in WNC and Upstate SC shelters from euthanasia by transporting them to partner rescues in the NE.
Adoption Policy
Adopters complete an application to adopt a dog. Once reviewed, a discussion is had with the potential adopter to discuss potential candidates. Calls are placed to verify landlord references as well as veterinary references and a home visit is done. Upon an adoption, a contract is signed and we take a copy of the picture identification of the adopter and provide copies of medical and vaccine documentation.
