Our Mission
Shebas mission is to prevent and alleviate the suffering of dogs caused by human cruelty by providing medical care, shelter, food, and exposure to human kindness while searching for forever homes; to educate the community on the importance of spay/neuter, responsible pet ownership, and to save the abused, abandoned and forgotten dogs - one beautiful soul at a time.
