When you find a pet on our website you're interested in, you can;
- Visit us in person, 12:30-3:30 Tuesday-Saturday, no appointment needed
- Call us at 413-781-4000 x 1, due to high call volume it may take us 24 hours to return your call
- Apply online - on our website (not on Petfinder), click on the pet you are interested in, and then the "adopt me" button. Watch your email for next steps!
