Due to our small size, we have limited foster care. Surrender of cats/kittens is by appointment only. Our Mission Statement: Halfway Home Cat Rescue is a 501(c) 3, nonprofit group dedicated to cat and kitten rescue, care, and adoption. We provide a no-kill, cage-free environment in our foster homes for homeless and abandoned cats and kittens until placing them in permanent, loving homes.  Halfway Home assists in reducing cat overpopulation by altering and vetting all of our cats prior to adoption. We promote public awareness regarding the value of cats, cat welfare, cat overpopulation and quality human-cat companionship through education and adoption programs.
