Our Mission
KCS Animal Rescue’s mission is to provide compassionate care, rehabilitation, and safe housing for animals in need while advocating for responsible pet ownership and community education. They strive to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals, ensuring their well-being through proper medical care, training, and enrichment. Additionally, KCS Animal Rescue supports individuals in crisis by offering temporary pet housing, helping to keep families and their pets together during difficult times.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is designed to ensure that each animal finds a loving, responsible, and permanent home. Potential adopters start by completing an adoption application, which helps us understand their experience, lifestyle, and what they’re looking for in a pet. We carefully review each application, conduct reference checks, and, if needed, a home visit to ensure a good match. Once approved, adopters meet the animal and have the opportunity to interact with them before finalizing the adoption. Our goal is to create lasting, successful placements where both the pet and adopter thrive.
