Zuma's Story

Meet Zuma!

Zuma is a gorgeous 6-month-old Husky mix with a happy-go-lucky personality and a whole lot of love to give! This sweet girl seems to think every day is the BEST day ever.

Zuma is:
Great with other dogs
Great with children
Crate trained
Sweet, friendly & outgoing
Playful, happy and ready for adventure

And, of course, Zuma is part Husky... which means every now and then she feels the need to sing you the song of her people. Because of her occasional vocal performances, apartment living is not a good fit for Zuma.

Zuma will also require a securely fenced-in yard. Huskies are notorious escape artists, and we arent interested in finding out whether Zuma has secretly been training for the canine Olympics. A secure fence will give her a safe place to run, play and get those puppy zoomies out.

Husky or similar breed experience is preferred so her future family understands the exercise, enrichment and structure these smart, energetic dogs thrive on.

Zuma is still young and has so much life ahead of her. Shes looking for a family who will continue her training, keep her busy, and most importantly, love her forever.

If youre looking for a beautiful, goofy, dog-friendly family companion with a little Husky sass and the occasional free concert, Zuma might just be your girl!

Any current pets in the home must be up to date on vaccines, preventatives as well as fixed (unless a veterinary professional can tell us why your pet medically cannot be fixed). You must show proof of ID, and if you rent we need to see proof of the pet policy. We require a 2 week trial adoption before making the adoption official to ensure it is a good fit all around!
