Zosia's Story
Meet ZOSIA

If you've been searching for a loyal best friend with a heart every bit as big as her paws, meet Zosia.

This stunning, almost 2-year-old Rottweiler is as sweet as they come. Weighing in around 90 pounds, Zosia may be a big girl, but she has absolutely no idea how large she is. She is happiest when she leaning into you for pets, cuddles, and all the love she can soak up.

Her foster dad describes her as an absolute sweetheart, and its easy to see why. Zosia has been wonderfully socialized and is comfortable even in large groups of people. She greets life with confidence, a gentle spirit, and just the right amount of goofy puppy playfulness that will keep you smiling.

She has excellent house manners and is fully house trained. Shell happily go into her crate when asked, although shes proven so trustworthy that she can also be left in the house with just a puppy gate. She rides beautifully in the car, enjoys routines, and is eager to learn, making her a joy to live with.

Zosia loves people of all ages and has done very well with children. She also enjoys the company of other dogs and would love a canine companion, although shed be just as happy soaking up all the attention herself. Shes naturally protective of her family and makes an excellent watchdog, alerting you when someone arrives, but shes not the type to bark just for the sake of barking.

As a young, athletic Rottweiler, Zosia enjoys staying active. Long walks, hiking adventures, and exploring the outdoors are some of her favorite things. While she is a strong girl, shes very manageable on leash with someone who understands large breeds and appreciates continuing her training.

More than anything, Zosia is looking for a family to call her own and a home where she will be included in everyday life, loved unconditionally, and cherished as the amazing companion she is. She has so much love to give, and her gentle heart, loyal nature, and affectionate personality make her the kind of dog who becomes family from the moment you meet her.

If you're ready to welcome an incredible Rottweiler into your life, Zosia is waiting to meet you.

Zosia has already been spayed and had a gastropexy to protect her from bloat.

The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $620.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.

Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $75.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.)

To apply to adopt one of our dogs fill out our adoption application at this link:
https://form.jotform.com/ChasingSunshine/Chasing-Sunshine-Adoption-App

For questions email: chasingsunshinedogrescue@gmail.com

Check out our website at www.chasingsunshinedogrescue.org
We are also on Facebook, TikTok & Instagram.
