Ziggy Siberian Husky & Husky Mix Baker, LA

Hello from handsome Ziggy! Ziggy came to Dante's Hope as an owner surrender. However, Ziggy is the best boy. He was in a home that didn't know how to deal with all the great husky traits. Now that Ziggy has been in a home that appreciates all the husky needs, he is thriving and is ready for his forever home.

Ziggy is a wonderful boy. He is just a little over a year old as his birthday is 11/2/2022. He is fully vetted, fixed, and heartworm negative. He weighs 53 pounds. Ziggy is great with other dogs and puppies. He loves his walks, is great with a harness, and loves a dog park. He is good with kids, even babies. He has the best personality, loves people, and is very sweet. Just make sure to pick up your shoes!

He is an all around great dog as long as he gets his stimulation and that is best with an active home. He will need to either be walked every day and/or played with in the yard. He has to have a fenced-in yard because he is a flight risk and thinks its fun to be chased if he gets out.

Ziggy loves to cuddle and enjoys a good snuggle in the morning or hanging out on the couch. He is dog door trained and fine in a kennel.

Ziggy, like most huskies, loves the cold. We would love to be able to get him in the environment where that is prevalent. His foster parents are happy to travel for the right home. So out of state applicants, please still apply if interested.
