Ziggy's Story

My name is Ziggy. I am a 5 year old, 13 lb Chi/Min Pin mix.

I am not going to beat around the bush. I am a stellar companion but I also need my things. If you are a lover of Chihuahuas or MinPins or a combo of both, you will probably bask in the glory of my personality. Let me give you an overview.
- Dogs - Yes. They are okay if they are female. Preferably, a bigger female but you better believe I am just fine by myself without those other dogs.
- Kids - I have spent plenty of time around a 5 year old. HOWEVER, because of my occasional distaste with new visitors, 12+ would be good for my new home. I don't need to meet a new 5 year old everyday of my life. And let's face it, kids have friends.
- Humans - I am loyal loyal loyal and when I get to know you, I am your buddy. BUT, no way - that guy or gal that's coming over to fix your washing machine? Put me in my safe zone, they don't need me torturing them!
- Cats - I am good with them. I do chase them a bit though... ;).
- Crate - I don't need one but I can use one if needed.
- Housebreaking - I am good in this area after a couple of hiccups.
- Activity - I may be 5, but I am active. I love to run around my big yard, be a part of all the action, play with toys and just be present. Yes, I take my naps but I am not a lazy bones!

If you are interested in me, here is a link to the application: https://www.zivadogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs
