Zeus is a magnificent boy, a true embodiment of his powerful name. With an athletic build and a curious spirit, he approaches life with a happy and playful attitude. He is loyal and friendly, and will be a devoted companion to his forever family. Zeus is an adult dog, but has the heart and spirit of a playful puppy, He knows his basic commands and has learned to walk well on a leash. His training in the Paws Behind Bars Prison Training Program is complete and he is now just eager to find a family that wants to add him to their roster! He can be adopted with another dog or solo! Blue Ridge Animal Rescue & Sanctuary's Adoption Policy
All prospective animals ready for adoption begin with an application filled out by a prospective adopter. Taking into account the animal's specific needs, applications are taken in the order they are received to match appropriate families with the needs of that specific animal. Once an approval is made and the potential adopter contacted, a meet and greet with the entire family and, if possible, includes the adopters current animals as well. If the meet and greet goes well the animal may go home with that potential adopter.
