Meet Zeus<br/><br/>We are in love with Zeus! Zeus is a five-month-old Doberman mix. He was surrendered for basically being a puppy, a bundle of energy and enthusiasm. But in our experience, Zeus is not overwhelming at all. He is sweet and gentle, and playful, but also super mindful and he's calmer than a lot of puppies we've known.<br/><br/>Zeus is handsome with his rich dark brown coat, floppy ears and hazel-colored eyes that will melt your heart. By the look of his paws, he may grow to be a big boy. He's all gangly with long limbs and puppy awkwardness right now - so cute! Zeus has a happy and hopeful demeanor. He likes other dogs and would probably do well with kids. He loves to play and run around. Hed probably enjoy another dog to play with. His chill and accepting behavior makes us think he'd do fine with cats, but well test him for potential adopters. At five months old, he's young enough to train to get along. Zeus is basically housetrained, but once in a home it will be important to gently reinforce good potty habits, as he occasionally will have accidents in his kennel. <br/><br/>Zeus is such a good boy. He welcomes snuggles and pets. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship, nor do we transport them to their new homes.
