Zena's Story

Zena, Bully/Lab mix, Black and White, Female spayed, 8 years old <br/>Zena is a very sweet girl who loves getting attention and getting lots of pets! She wants nothing more than just being by your side! Zena walks nicely on a leash, is easy to handle, knows several commands and takes treats nicely too. She has lived with other dogs before, however she does not seem to enjoy their company, and may do better in a home where she can by your one and only dog at this time. Zena has never lived with cats, and seems unsure about them, so a home without them may be best for her. She may to better in a home with children over the age of 7 years old, as younger children may be too much for her.

Ocean County Animal Facility - North's Adoption Policy

Our General Adoption Policy: -Everyone in the house-hold (for dog adoptions this includes any dogs that live in the home) need to meet the pet prior to adoption -Proof of Residence – Homeowner: mortgage statement or tax bill. Rental: lease with pet policy stating any specifications of breeds and number of animals allowed -Driver’s License or valid proof of identification -Fill out an Adoption Questionnaire and get it approved by Facility Management -Exact Cash or a check with an address matching that on the Driver’s License (Dogs are $60; Cats are $55) ALL ADOPTIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE BASIS. WE CANNOT PLACE ANY HOLDS ON ANY PETS.
