"Let's GO!!!" Zeke came to the shelter to a stray. He is young, friendly and super energetic. Zeke loves toys. <br/><br/>He is approximately a year and a half old and 12 lbs. <br/><br/>Zeke has been in a foster home and here are a few notes from his "foster mama"<br/><br/>"He plays very well with other dogs. I have an outdoor cat that he is able to walk by with only harmless curiosity, but doesn't stay fixated on. I let him watch me hold and pet her so he knows she is "friend". If he were loose and she would run (which has never happened) he would most definitely chase. <br/><br/>He gets very fixated on prey...deer, turkey, squirrells, and birds. He wants them so badly that he has almost backed out of his harness to be able to chase them. <br/><br/>He also gets very vocal when he is in his yard and other dogs are being walked on the street. <br/><br/>Zeke is THE SWEETEST little guy ever! He is a love bug who loves to play and loves all people. He is also able to just chill, provided he does get some quality play time each day.<br/><br/>I've had to make quick trips away and he does just fine when left alone. <br/><br/>He's smart but stubborn. He does not respond to stern voice, but is eager to listen to you if you speak in a happy and excited voice and praise what he's done right.<br/><br/>Something to note is that he is very nervous on car rides."<br/><br/><br/>Adoption fee is $125.00. Sammie’s Friends dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.
