Zaylee's Story
π©·Meet Zaylee - Our strong survivor who deserves a chance!
π Hi, I'm Zaylee! I'm a 6-year-old, 50-pound Briard mix who has been failed by many. I am searching for my forever home.

Sadly, I was severely neglected and left trapped in a tiny crate majority of my life. I really have come a long way. The people who owned me and 65 other dogs luckily are serving time whatever that means. My foster dad said justice has been served but I still have a long journey to go.π I finally found a wonderful foster dad to take me in. He ended up taking me to his home, and boy I was very scared and shut down, this kind man and his wife knew my life was going to be forever changed and have really been working with me. They loaded me back in the car and took be to this place where they started shaving my matted hair off my trembling body. I was petrified but knew they were doing it all for me to live a better life. 2 months later I am still scared, I still do not crave attention like my new foster family's other dogs.

I do best with my foster brothers and sisters even the ones that meow! I am housebroken and crate trained. My foster mom feeds me separately because I still do not like sharing food. I love watching dog cartoons that my foster mom puts on the TV. My foster mom gives me my cbd every morning and it really is helping me relax! I know I am difficult at times but all I am searching for is a family to love me, a family that understands my needs. I am not sure I will ever crave the attention my foster siblings do but I will try just give me a chance my heart can't handle being failed again. I am independent and need an understanding human who will understand my needs.

Requirements for Zaylee
π I need a fenced yard or I will run away.
π I do great with dogs and even cats.
π The ideal home would be a farm or someone with a lot of land.
π I'm happiest with someone who's home often or has another pet to keep me company.
π I walk well on a leash.
π I'm potty trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on my vaccines.
π I have to have leash on at all times, even in the house. Patience and commitment is important for my success.
π I am a good girl but life has thrown me curve balls and I am slowly learning what it means to be someone's baby.
π I am a product of a puppy mill and hoarding home so adult home only.

I am available for adoption and my foster dad will be super particular where I go so I don't get failed again. Please love me I will be forever loyal.

Adoption Application:
https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ah0334&method=online_form_html&formid=5&formid=5

if you give me a chance I promise to love you in return.
