Meet Zaney

Zaney is friendly and loving Lab/Pit with the BEST heart who came to LCSPCA as a transfer from the county pound on 9/19/23. He weighed 47 lbs. and was estimated to be about 4 years old at that time. He loves attention and stands patiently wagging his tail for some lovin.' However, Zaney also gets animated and happy to get out of the kennel and go wherever you are going to have some fun. This lovely fellow will make someone a true companion. He loves to run and play and has boundless enthusiasm with his friends Bizzie Bee, Walter, Gavin Carter and Ross. He would probably enjoy an owner who runs, hikes, explores and is able to give him some individual attention. He gets along great with other dogs. Unfortunately, they tend to pick on him here at the shelter out in the play-yard. But he never gets mad or retaliates, just goes the other way.
