Yuki's Story

Twin sisters Yuki and Yuna are both ready for their forever homes. They may look alike, but their personalities set them apart.

Yuki is a Great Pyrenees puppy with a fluffy all-white coat, striking eyes, and a bold, independent personality to match. At 26 pounds and still growing, she is expected to reach around 60–70 pounds full grown.

Yuki is the more independent of the pair and the true thinker and problem-solver. She is incredibly smart, curious, and always figuring things out… including how to escape anything that is not fully secure. She will need a home with a solid, secure fence (she does well with a 6-foot privacy fence) and an adopter who understands the independent nature of guardian breeds.

She is not a fan of being kenneled and will let you know it, but she makes up for it by being a perfect overnight companion, happily cuddling up in bed and sleeping through the night. Yuki is mostly potty trained and does well using a dog door to let herself outside.

She loves spending her days outdoors, exploring the yard and keeping watch. Like many Great Pyrenees, she can be vocal and will bark to alert you to people or dogs nearby. Despite her watchdog instincts, she is very friendly, outgoing, and happy to meet new people.

Yuki is a sweet, smart, and spirited puppy who will thrive in a home that gives her both freedom and structure, along with plenty of space to safely explore.

Medical Information:
• Spayed
• Up to date on vaccinations
• Heartworm tested (negative)
• Fecal tested (negative)
• On heartworm and flea preventative

Adoption Fee: $575
This fee includes all veterinary care, grooming, and supplies, and helps support our ongoing rescue efforts for other dogs in need.
