Yuki's Story

Yuki is a stunning 5-year-old Malamute with a big heart to match her beautiful fluffy coat. Weighing about 110 pounds, she’s a playful girl who also knows how to relax and settle down nicely after some fun.

Yuki loves going for walks, playing, and soaking up attention from her people. She’s very friendly with strangers and enjoys meeting new friends. She rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and already knows a couple of commands like “sit” and “give paw.”

This sweet girl is submissive, gentle, and great with other dogs, making her a wonderful companion in a multi-dog home. She is housetrained and comfortable living with a shorter fence.

Yuki would do best in a home without cats, but she does well with older children. She hasn’t had much experience with very young kids yet.

Yuki is the mom of Alfita, Bling, Chico, and Junior, who are also looking for homes of their own. (They do not need to be adopted together.)

Due to serious health concerns affecting her current human companion, Yuki and the other dogs in her home are sadly searching for new beginnings.

If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and beautiful companion who will happily join you for walks and then curl up nearby for relaxation, Yuki might be the perfect addition to your family.

Increasingly, we are doing FOSTER TO ADOPT options!
That’s where you and puppers make sure you’re a good fit for one another before signing on “the dotted line”….. it’s a win-win for everyone! Just ask your adoption counselor about how this works.
