Meet Yoshi. Yoshi is 7 months old and full of puppy energy. He is a smart boy and is potty trained. He has not shown any food or toy aggression issues. Yoshi loves to play and will play rough at times with other dogs. He would be best with a dog that is submissive. Yoshi has been around children. He would need to be with a family that has older children. No young kids under age 6. Kids must be able to respect his boundaries. Yoshi's adopter will need to be a strong leader who will continue to work on Yoshi's manners and any behavioral issues. He would also love to have a fenced yard so he can work off some of his boundless energy.

Boston Terrier Rescue of Florida, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Because we have Boston Terriers of all ages, we have a sliding scale for adoption fees generally ranging from a donation for senior dogs to $950 based on the age and health of the dog. Our adoptable dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, current on age appropriate vaccinations, and heartworm tested along with monthly heartworm prevention medication during their stay in Rescue. Adopters receive a complete copy of all medical records. Puppies too young to be spayed/neutered at the time of placement must be spayed/neutered at the adopter's expense by 6 mo of age. Please understand that adoption from our Rescue is a process, all of which is done by volunteers. To start the process, all adopters must complete an application.
