Yolanda's Story
NOTE: All adoptions are only in the greater Houston, TX area.

Please Note: WE ARE NOT A SHELTER- ALL DANES ARE IN FOSTER HOMES

MEET YOLANDA!

Yolanda is looking for her furever home! This tiny “wanna-be Great Dane” was dumped in a Houston neighborhood and left to fend for herself, searching for food, safety, and kindness. Thankfully, a good Samaritan reached out to Great Dane Rescue of Southeast Texas and asked if we could help this little girl.

Yolanda is approximately 6–7 months old, weighs just 8 pounds, and is believed to be a Rat Terrier mix. She is current on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Her adopter will be responsible for having her spayed, and GDRST can assist with information on low-cost spay clinics.

This little sweetheart is full of personality — young, fun, spunky, playful, and overflowing with love. Yolanda has enjoyed her time in boarding, but what she truly needs is a family of her very own. She absolutely loves giving kisses and will keep you smiling with her happy energy and adorable antics.

Won’t you consider giving this tiny survivor the loving home she deserves?

Please visit [www.saveadane.org](https://www.saveadane.org?utm_source=chatgpt.com) to start your adventure with Yolanda!

If you’re interested in fostering or adopting, please visit www.saveadane.org
to submit your application today!

ADOPTION CONTRIBUTION FEE: $200.00

In many cases, the cost of vetting services is greater than the adoption contribution. The adoption contributions help defray the costs of vetting services, but rarely, if ever, cover all expenses. Additional donations are welcomed and appreciated. Please consider making a donation to help offset medical expenses.
To do so, please visit our website at www.saveadane.org

GDRST will have the following services completed as part of the adoption process. Each animal will be spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, heartworm treated if applicable, fecal tested, de-wormed, microchipped and monthly heartworm preventative

Please note GDRST is an all-volunteer, run by individuals with full time careers. In order to meet with a Dane that you are interested in, please complete our online application. After receiving your application, a volunteer will verify with your vet the care on your current or previous animals and then contact you to set up a home eval and to discuss which Dane may be a match for you.

Great Dane Rescue of Southeast Texas
16516 El Camino Real #402
Houston, TX 77062-5723

Information E-mail: info@saveadane.org

Adoption E-mail: adoption@saveadane.org

Website www.saveadane.org

Connecting Great Danes to Great People

Great Dane Rescue of Southeast Texas
