Yoda's Story

Meet Mr Yoda!!

This handsome guy is a 5 year old, 15lb brindle dachshund.

This sweet boy was recently displaced when his owner passed away. He’s show us how resilient he is with his grace and charm in his new foster home. He’s adjusted amazingly to the big dogs, cats, and small kids in his foster home. Hes been a pleasure to have around, but it’s time for sweet Yoda to find his forever home.

A little about Yoda:
• Loves attention from respectful children
• Gets along with dogs of all sizes after a little warm-up time
• Doesn't mind cats
• Loves being held and cuddled
• Would happily sleep right beside you every night
• Enjoys car rides and spending time outdoors
• Has those adorable hound tendencies, always following his nose!
• Not a big fan of being kenneled
• Neuter is scheduled.

Yoda is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with his person. Someone familiar with his breed would be ideal, especially given the potential for back issues common to the breed. He would be perfect for someone who works from home, or is retired. He would love to go on walks, and then chill and take a snooze on the couch. He’s a mellow guy who truly just wants his people!

If you are interested in meeting Mr Yoda fill out an application below to set up a meet n greet.

https://form.jotform.com/232265690912155

*Potty trained
*Knows basic commands
*loves to cuddle
*loyal
*Good with kids, cats and dogs
*scheduled neuter for 11/02
