Yeti is believed to be a Pekingese/Pomeranian mix and was estimated by our veterinarian to be around 5 years old.<br/><br/>Yeti came to ACCT Philly alongside 11 other dogs after their owner passed away. Overnight, his entire world changed. Losing the only home he knew left Yeti feeling uncertain, and while he's still learning that everything is going to be okay, he tries very hard to be brave.<br/><br/>At first, Yeti can be a bit shy, but beneath that cautious exterior is a sweet dog who wants to connect. He has approached volunteers with a gentle, low wagging tail, seeking affection and reassurance. Each day, we see him gain a little more confidence as he learns to trust the people around him.<br/><br/>Yeti is looking for a calm, patient home that will meet him where he is and continue helping him build confidence at his own pace. Because he takes comfort in canine companionship, he would do best in a home with another friendly, social dog who can show him the ropes and help him feel secure.<br/><br/>This sweet boy has been through a lot of change, but with love, patience, and a four-legged role model, we know Yeti's personality will continue to blossom. If you have a quiet home and room in your heart for a deserving dog who just needs a little confidence boost, Yeti may be the perfect addition to your family.<br/><br/>He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. Right now, Yeti has some missing fur on his back end due to fleas.
