He has been adopted twice and returned, so applicants will be closely questioned about experience with dogs that run and jump when least expected. He is approximately 4 yrs old and weighs 12 pounds.<br/>FENCED YARD IS REQUIRED. He can jump a 4 ft fence, so a 5 ft fence is required (no chain link fences, as he will climb over). You can probably see why he has been returned. His favorite activity is chasing squirrels. He has a high prey drive and definitely no cats. He gets along with other small dogs that will not be in his face.<br/>Yam will need an adopter, that is highly observant. He must be your main focus until he feels completely comfortable being with you and he will respond to your commands. He loves to sit on your lap and watch TV.<br/> No children under 10 years of age!
