I love hanging out with my dog pals at my foster’s house and follow all the rules like going in my crate and only going potty outside. I love taking people out on walks, so much so that they have to remind me that I’m the one getting walked and not to pull them so much. I’ll learn I just need more practice! I’d be a great addition to many types of homes, but my dream house includes a yard with room to run and stocked groceries to help me get a bit more weight on. I’m about 50 pounds and a year and a half old. Hoof Woof Meow Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Congratulations on deciding to rescue an animal in need. Everything we do for these animals is based on helping them find a great forever home and we are excited for the lucky animal that you will welcome into your home. Requirements for Adoption *You must be over 21 to adopt *You must fill out either a Cat Adoption Application or a Dog Adoption Application *All resident animals must be up to date on shots and have been altered (or a vet letter as to why they are not altered). *All members of the household must be in agreement to adopt an animal. *All members of the household are required to be at the meet and greet prior to final adoption. *You are required to have your animal spayed or neutered per IL state Law. Failure to do so will result in the relinquishment of your animal back to HWMAR. ** ** PER IL STATE LAW (225 ILCS 605/3.3), you are REQUIRED to have your animal spayed or neutered within 14 days of being deemed healthy by a licensed veterinarian. This is Non-Negotiable.
