Woody's Story

Woody was born 12/22/2024 and weighs 54 lbs . Ho loves everyone he meets, good with other dogs, but not cats. SUPER great personality! The adoption fee includes the neuter, microchip with lifetime registration, vaccinations (which include DHLPPC, Lyme, Bordetella & Rabies) dewormings and heartworm/lyme testing. Woody is participating in the cell dog program which is where the dog stays at the prison with a dog handler working on basic obedience and house, crate, and leash training. It’s an amazing program! We will start taking apps but he will be in the program for a few weeks so please be patient. We require applications to be completed before meet and greets to save time for our volunteers. All of our animals are located in local foster homes. You can apply for an animal on our website at www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org. We review applications and contact approved adopters to arrange a meet and greet. Because we are 100% volunteer and foster based, this streamlines the process for our volunteers.
