Our Mission
The Road Home Animal Project aka TRHAP, is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the Tri-State (OH, PA, WV) Area. It is our mission to help animals in need.  We work with dogs and if we have available livestock fosters, then we may be able to help with various livestock. We educate animal owners on the proper care of their animals. We will work together with animal owners to place animals in need into loving, forever homes.
Adoption Policy
Interested in adopting? Visit our website at www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org to complete an adoption application. We require applications to be completed before meet and greets to save time for our volunteers.
All of our animals are located in local foster homes. You can apply for an animal on our website at www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org. We review applications and contact approved adopters to arrange a meet and greet. Because we are 100% volunteer and foster based, this streamlines the process for our volunteers.
