He loves to play with all the other dogs but also acts like a “big brother” in checking in on all members of the pack/group. After a good zoomie session he enjoys a good cuddle session. Healing Hounds Rescue's Adoption Policy

I have them fill out my foster/adoption contract and after receiving I call to vet them and understand their abilities and the type of dog they would like. We have a good hour long convo of everything from slow introductions, training, positive reinforcement, needs of the dog, and the adopters expectations. I either do a home check or ask for pictures of where the dog would be staying, sleeping, eating. Then we plan a meet and greet with adopter and adopters other animals or family members to see how the dog reacts. I want to set up my rescues for success and make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
