What a handsome blue merle boy! Winston is a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd. He is a big boy and is on a little weight loss journey. He is friendly and playful. Winston loves everyone and can’t wait to find his forever home. He walks nicely on a leash and is ready to go on adventures. He is dog friendly and also passed his cat test. What a good boy! If you have other pets, we require having them meet to make sure the fit is right. We think Winston would be happiest in a home with a fully fenced yard so he can run and play safely. We are looking for a home with a strong/firm handler. He is smart and needs firm direction. We are hoping to find a home where he doesn't have a lot of alone time. Dogs Forever of Iowa's Adoption Policy

All dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, checked for heartworm and on heartworm preventative. Adoption fees vary by age.
