Winnie was found tied to a fence sitting & waiting patiently while her owner drove away. We're thankful she's now ours and ready for a much better Furever Home! She's guessed to be just under 2 years old, sweet and friendly with people, and unsure of dogs at this time. She's petite in size, playful, and walks well on a leash.
