Meet Windy! This little cutie has had a rough start to life, but at approximately a year and half old she is ready to start over with her forever family.

Windy currently lives in a foster home with other dogs, and does well. She really loves her human and can get a little jealous if the other dogs are getting attention. She'd be best suited as an only dog, but another confident and chill dog in the house is certainly not a deterrent.

Windy loves to chew on bones and squeak her toys. Her zoomies are hilarious, watching her little legs run around the house always makes foster mom laugh. She is pretty good on a leash, potty trained, and crate trained. She is about 40lbs of pure love.

Windy does take some time to warm up to humans and will take multiple meet and greets. Once you earn her trust (her love can definitely be bought with treats) she will love you more than you ever imagined. She is filled with absolute unbridled joy when her foster mom comes home and loves nothing more than snuggling and following foster mom around.

Overall Windy is a smart and silly girl. She knows her kennel is her safe place. She looks forward to walks. Loves romping through the backyard and relaxing with her foster family. She deserves an amazing home, could that be you?
