Winchester Yorkshire Terrier & Cairn Terrier Mix Tavares, FL

Winchester and 2 others were found in the home of their beloved owner who had passed 3 months earlier. They had been locked in a flooded room by a family member squatting. We immediately went in and took them when we got the call. All were filthy, scared and so so happy to see friendly faces. We bathed them, did as much vetting as was safe for their senior ages, trimmed their nails that were curled under and into their pads, rid them of their fleas, and gave them tons of love. All three went to a very loving and caring foster home who says they are now ready for adoption. Winchester is 11 and is looking for a loving home where he can live out his golden years.

From Winchester’s amazing foster: Winchester is an amazing boy. He is my shadow and needs a very special home ?. He has limited sight but gets around very well and is super smart. He must be on my lap or near me at all times.
He asks to go potty and does his chores outside like a champ. He does also wear a diaper in the house but it is not usually wet. He would love to sleep in bed with his person (he is sleeping under the blanket next to me right now ?). You can tell these pups were loved and spoiled at one time. ??

All of our dogs have been vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm tested and flea treated.
