Detroit Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
We are excited you’re interested in adopting a dog from Detroit Dog Rescue. The following information is required so that we can assist you in the selection of the newest four legged family member. To apply, follow the link below for our adoption application. After applying, a Detroit Dog Rescue representative will help you determine the best possible fit for you and our rescue dogs. Adoption fees are $250 for adult dogs 3 years and under, $150 for adults 3 years and over, $400 for puppies and $450 for small breed dogs. These fees help us cover the spay/neuter of your new pet, age appropriate vaccinations, temperament testing and temporary boarding of the animal. A home check is required. A binding contract will be required to adopt the animal.
