Willow Labrador Retriever & Shepherd Mix Dallas, TX

This beautiful fur baby's name is Willow and is she approximately 3 years old. She is a super sweet and friendly girl who loves attention. She is currently vaccinated, micro-chipped and heart worm negative. The clinic that originally vaccinated her couldn't tell if she was spayed and because we didn't want to put her through unnecessary spay surgery we decided to wait to see if she went into heat. She hasn't exhibited any signs of going into heat in the time we have had her so we believe she is spayed. If after she is adopted, she should go into heat, we will pay for her spay surgery at a vet of our choosing. Willow will be a great family dog. We believe she is house trained as she waits to go potty until she gets out of her outdoor kennel for exercise. Willow has a lot of energy and because she is still the "perfect dog" in training, needs some work in some basic training. She knows the sit command but in her excitement to get attention from humans she might jump up and put her paws on them which could be overpowering for small children, therefore, we believe she would be a better fit for families with larger children. She gets along great with other dogs and we believe she will be a great companion for any dog that is playful in nature with an even tempered personality but would be fine in an only dog family as long as she receives a lot of attention from her family and daily exercise.
