Meet Willie Nelson
Willie Nelson is a 1 1/2 year old, 9lb. terrier mix with lots of love and laughter to give!
Willie spent the first year of his life in a crate, and was then adopted by an elderly woman with a big heart and good intentions. However, her age and health has led her to realize that there's probably a better home for Willie out there, and that's when he came to us!
Willie has come a long way since his days in a crate! He's housebroken, loves to play with his toys, and is quite the little social butterfly. He's a typical terrier pup, so he can be nippy and he does like to bark.
Willie loves children, and would do great in a family environment with multiple people. He does need a little bit of work on his manners, as he can be a bit sassy at times. Otherwise he's well trained. He is left alone in the home without a crate and isn't destructive.
After Willie's gotten his zoomies out of the way, he's happy to jump into your lap for a nice nap. He does have a lot of energy, so he will need a home where he's free to run around and play 'til he tuckers himself out.
PLEASE NOTE - We will check your veterinary reference, to ensure that current and prior dogs have a history of being kept up to date on rabies and distemper, have had annual heartworm tests, and are on heartworm preventative at least 6 months of the year. Current pets must by spayed/neutered.
