Willie's Story

This little guy is so cute, he doesn’t even look real!!

Meet Willie!

Willie is only 7 weeks old, so he won’t be ready to move to his furever home for another week. But if this little nugget has stolen your heart, go ahead and get your application in now!

Willie is mostly Pug with a splash of Chihuahua and Poodle, and currently weighs a whopping 3-4 lbs. He’s basically a walking potato with a face that belongs on a greeting card.

Willie is a pretty chill little dude. He likes to sit back, take everything in, and carefully consider his next move. Basically, he’s the tiny old man of the group who likes to observe the chaos before deciding whether it’s worth getting involved. He will be ready for his furever home in 2 weeks

He enjoys exploring his surroundings, playing with his toys, and wrestling with his seven siblings. But after a busy day of puppy shenanigans, he’s perfectly happy snuggling up on his foster mom’s lap.

Puppies are adorable, but they also require lots of time, patience, positive reinforcement, training, and love. If you have all of that to give and would like to meet Willie or one of his siblings, please submit an application!

A few important notes:
We do not adopt unvaccinated puppies to apartments or condos because the risk of parvo is too high.
No small children, please. Willie is TINY and could easily be accidentally injured. He needs a family who understands that he’s more fragile than he looks! He is listed as house trained, vaccinated, space/neutered because he will be all of those things at the appropriate times.

Adoption application:
https://lonestarunderdogs.com/adoption-application-1

Adoption fee: $350

The adoption fee includes Capstar, neuter, microchip, 2–3 dewormings, a series of 3 DHPP shots, rabies vaccination, Bordetella nose spray, the first month of heartworm/flea preventative (dependent on age), and any other necessary procedures prior to adoption.

Dallas/Fort Worth area

Lonestarunderdogs.com
Root for the underdog!
