Happy Go-Lucky Boy Wiley is ready to meet his forever family!Happy Go-Lucky Boy Wiley is ready to meet his forever family! Wiley is a 5 year old Dobie mix. He finds himself looking for a yet another home through no fault of his own. Wiley was surrendered back to DRM when his owner became ill and could no longer take care of him. He is shy and takes a while to warm up to new people. He would do best in a home with a submissive female or no other animals, though he doesn't mind cats. He's very food motivated so his foster mom is taking full advantage of that with his training. Wiley is crate trained and will go to his crate when prompted to but also does well left out. He will whimper, and he can and will get out of his crate, but normally does just fine once he realizes he's alone. Wiley loves his rope toys and any toy he can shake. Wiley is currently on some inexpensive anxiety meds to help build his confidence and they seem to be working. He does have a higher prey drive and has gone through some tie outs so a physical fence will be REQUIRED .

Qualified adopters are within the approved adoption area, and Adopter will be requested to visit this foster dog at the foster family home. Our foster families are generally located within a 250 mile radius of Minneapolis, MN.

All DRM dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, health checked, microchipped, 4DX tested, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
