<p>Wilbur is a 2-3 year old, 32 lb Lhasa Apso and Wheaton mix. He's very sweet and playful. He loves to cuddle with his person. Gets along with other dogs and cats. He takes a while to warm up to new people but once he does he's extremely affectionate and loving.</p><br/><br/><p>He was found as a stray, Wandering the streets for over a month and no one tried to help him until some nice woman lured him into her car. He was eating trash to survive. When he was rescued, he had flea dermatitis, but has been treated. Wilbur is heartworm positive and has undergone treatment for it.
