Wilbur has had a tough life. He was discarded by his first owner & given to an irresponsible owner who didn’t give him attention. <br/><br/>He was found dragging a chain and confused. Wilbur is 8 years old. <br/><br/>Because of his age, blindness in 1 eye & past neglect he will need a quiet & mellow home with no cats or young kids.<br/><br/>We are just starting to see a very silly side to Wilbur when he gets the zoomies outside!
