Whitaker's Story

Whitaker was picked up roaming and never redeemed. He is an older guy that is blind. Whitaker likes to explore, sniffing everything in his vicinity and wandering along curiously. His adopter needs to keep a close eye on him, as he will wander off if given the opportunity. He relies on his human companions to be his eyes. Whitaker is a sweet old man with a lot of love to offer. Bichon’s require regular grooming so Whitaker will need an adopter who is willing to provide his grooming needs. Whitaker’s ideal home would be with someone who works from home or is retired. If you think that you could provide Whitaker with a final forever home please contact Windham Animal Control at (869)465-3087 or aco@windhamct.gov.
