He absolutely adores belly rubs and soaking up all the affection he can get. <br/><br/>Wes has been thriving in his foster home, where hes proven to be well-mannered and simply grateful to be safe and loved. Whether hes cuddling with his humans or enjoying playtime with other pups, Wes approaches life with a joyful spirit and a wagging tail.<br/><br/>This lovable little guy was found roaming in a desolate area before being rescued by a kind good Samaritan.
