Heres what they had to say: <br/><br/>Seriously, 2 year old Weldon is like...the most PERFECT adoptable boy. He is smart, friendly, social, playful, and confident! You really couldnt ask for anyone better if youre looking for a mature pup that still has many more years to give you companionship. <br/><br/>Weldon loves to ride in the car- he does great in the front OR back. He really enjoyed his hiking adventure with Sniffari- and he walked perfectly on a 30 ft long line- no pulling at ALL. <br/><br/>He enjoyed splashing in the creek and doing lots of sniffing, but Weldon also loved playing with his new camper buddies. He adapted well to playing with different doggos, which is wonderful. <br/><br/>Weldon is very treat motivated and easy to train- he had excellent recall at camp, and knows his sit, off, down, and even stay cues. <br/><br/>I seriously have no clue how this AMAZING guy wound up at the shelter- he is a dang good dog! <br/><br/><br/><br/>House breaking and potty training cannot be guaranteed: While a dog may be observed as housebroken, we cannot guarantee that accidents wont occur during the transition to a new home. To ensure a smooth adjustment, we recommend establishing a consistent potty training routine to help create new habits and support their successful integration.<br/><br/>Please remember that all listed breeds are only our best guess based on appearance, traits, and behavior. Unless a dog has confirmed pedigree or DNA testing, we cannot guarantee breed makeup.<br/><br/>Want to Adopt? 1) Fill out an application on theluckypuppy.org The adoption fees for puppies up to 12 months are a minimum donation of $650, (dogs too young to be fixed will have an extra $200 deposit, refundable pending your spay/neuter agreement), 1 year and up are a minimum donation of $550, 7+ years are a minimum $450 donation 2) Once your application is in, our adoption coordinator will contact you and complete a vet check and home visit (possibly electronic). 3) Once approved, please schedule a meet and greet to see the dogs. Meet and greets are by appointment only for approved adopters.<br/><br/>This pup is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue, rescue based in Bonifay and Panama City, FL and adoption center in Argyle NY (NY Lic #1054). The minimum donation $650 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery or spay/neuter agreement (if too young), up to date with: age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention (if old enough) and martingale safety collar.
