Watson's Story

***Please contact foster parent at phone number listed at end of post with your inquiries. They are handling all aspects of the adoption***

Meet Watson, The Lovable energetic full of personality, little Shih Tzu and Bichon freeze mix.
Watson came to us with his brother Bentley at no fault of their own when their owner was required to move to an assisted living facility and could not take her boys with her.
Watson is a neutered male that is heartworm negative, parvo/ giardia/ coccidia negative and is current on vaccines other than his rabies which he is scheduled to get on 7/1726. We have microchipped in and started his monthly preventative for heartworm and flea and ticks. We are looking for a home that is active. That'll take him for walks, maybe have a fence yard to run around or at least be responsible and have him leashed when he is outside as he does have tendencies to run off if not confined in some way. Watson has been around children 12 years and older that are familiar with small breed dogs, he's also good around other dogs and he has a curiosity of cats but he is not aggressive in any way. He just has had very limited exposure to them. He does use pee pads but most of the time he will go outside to potty.
We are taking inquiries and setting up appointments for after his rabies is boosted to hopefully find him his forever home. He does not have to go with his brother but if a family chooses to take the brothers there is a discount in the adoption fee.
To find out more, please call/text the Foster parent at either (218)371-1212 or (218)640-1930. Calls or text messages received after 9:00 p.m. will not be returned until the next day.
