He loves playing with other dogs, but he's just as happy curling up for a cozy nap by your side.<br/><br/>Walter is already learning the ropes of house training, uses the doggy door, and is making great progress with his kennel training. He's a smart little guy who just wants to be part of the family.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a puppy who is equal parts fun, snuggly, and sweet, Little Walter is ready to fill your home with love. He'd make a wonderful companion for a family with kids.<br/><br/>10 weeks old, Male, Hound/Rottweiler Mix, 17 lbs<br/><br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
