This bonded pair are both about 21 lbs, healthy, neutered, and fully vetted. They will do best in a home without kids, but do get along well with other dogs and cats. They are potty trained and know basic commands. Wally is leash trained, but Woody could use some work on the leash. They enjoy sitting on laps, naps on the couch, playing outside, and chewing on plush toys. Since they are a bonded pair they must be adopted together. ADOPTION CRITERIA (aka Our Fine Print):<br/>Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria for dogs that we adopt and that we recommend to owners whose doxies we list courtesy posts for, the sole aim of which is to facilitate a successful adoption with a forever family.<br/><br/>*Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time?<br/>*Have a securely fenced yard?<br/>*We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and *Children need to be 12 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie).<br/>*We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc). *Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog.<br/><br/>Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these or similar issues.<br/><br/>Thank you!
