Venus & Serena
It almost sounds made up... but this is real rescue.
Two young boxer girls were abandoned on a rural property and left to fend for themselves.
Kind neighbors had been spotting them on and off for a week—and finally couldn’t sit back any longer. They stepped in.
Serena was secured first.
Venus vanished.
As night fell, the search for Venus was paused—leaving her out there alone near roads, wildlife, and incoming storms.
Later the next day, Venus was spotted walking along a highway.
We got to her just in time.
She climbed into the car, reunited with her sister... and immediately fell asleep—completely exhausted, finally safe.
The Girls:
• 6 months old
• Sweet, shy, and zero training
• Venus (smaller) is being treated for non contagious demodex
• Not reactive to other dogs but not dog tested (currently in quarantine)
• Will be fully vetted & spayed once healthy
You can't make this stuff up! They will be rea
