Velvet is a 3 year old French Bulldog rescued from a breeding facility. She has really opened up since arriving, enjoying learning all the new sounds and sights in her world. You can tell she wasn't treated very nicely because she will flinch sometimes when you try to pet her, but she is quickly learning that hands are good and not weapons.<br/><br/>Velvet has leaned to climb the stairs up to the bed and likes nothing more than a good cuddle. She is learning to potty outside, but uses potty pads for those times she can't get outside. <br/><br/>Velvet is fine with the dogs here and is curious about the cats. She would do best in a home with a fenced in yard. She has been spayed, microchipped and fully vetted.
