When she gets excited, she bursts into the happiest, silliest zoomie sessions that are guaranteed to make you smile.<br/><br/><br/>Shes lived with another dog and would do well in a home with a canine companion or dog-savvy cats who understand her playful energy. Vela would also do best with older children who can match her enthusiasm and respect her space when she needs it. Shed love an active family who can keep up with her husky spirit and sense of adventure.<br/><br/><br/>Vela can be a bit wary of men at first, but with patience, consistency, and love, she warms up and shows her affectionate, goofy side. Shes still learning her commands and polishing her leash skills, so shes looking for someone willing to put in the time and turn training into a fun bonding experience.<br/><br/><br/>The good news? Vela is crate trained and does great being left alone in her crate while her foster parents are at work, settling in nicely and waiting patiently for them to return.<br/><br/><br/>Be warned: Vela sheds like its her full-time job.
