Meet Vanilla Wafer
VANILLA WAFER
My sister, Oreo, and I are known as the “Cookie Girls”, and not
only because of our names: We’re sweet and bring lots of joy.
I’m the very shy one, but given time to get to know you, you’ll
see the “Silly Nilly” girl I really am. I love to go to the TALGV
play yard and sunbathe in the kiddie pools. My volunteer
friends taught me things called ‘car rides’ magically transport us
to fun places with new sights, sounds and saffari walks. I’m
learning that other dogs can be fun to play with, but again, I’m
shy and they need to be patient and earn my trust. I must say,
this ‘learning how to be a dog’ is certainly fun! I hope someone
recognizes what a wonderful companion I can become - with
time!
