Valor's Story

This is Valor and he's ~4.5 year old boy who weighs ~72lbs. This striking and distinguished fella loves to be doted on by any person he meets. Valor does not discriminate toys, in fact he always wants to carry one around with him! He's not a fan of living with other dogs, but can meet calm and respectful dogs or well-mannered puppies.

He's got his sit-command down to the tee and is doing well with his lay-down command. When he first comes out of his kennel or a yard, he pulls on the leash. After a few minutes of walking around and correction, he can walk very nicely on leash. He's perfectly happy sitting right by your side and is vigilant on monitoring his surroundings. He is a goofy, playful and affectionate boy who loves being right by his persons side. He would thrive in a home where he can be mentally and physically challenged each day!

He's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. He is $185 to bring home!

If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you!
